“Appreciated the "well waiting room". Support staff, nurse, PA - all were super nice. We came at a busy time and they let us know the wait time and were spot on in the estimate. Appreciated the PA's previous experience in orthopedics as we came in with a broken wrist. Copay was exactly as per insurance. No surprises. All around good experience considering our circumstance.
