Check to see if your symptoms are listed below. If so, a FastMed video visit could conveniently serve your needs, without requiring you to visit a FastMed clinic. For patients between the ages of 5 to 70, FastMed currently evaluates the following symptoms via video visits:

  • COVID-19 assessment
  • Painful urination (females only)
  • Sore throat
  • Runny nose
  • Allergies
  • Flu/cough
  • Diarrhea
  • Eye redness
  • Rashes
  • Medication refills*
  • Acne
  • Sunburn
  • Insect bites
  • Back pain
  • Simple constipation

If your symptoms aren’t listed above, then a video visit may not be the right choice for you at this time. Instead, you should visit one of our clinics in person, either by walking in or checking in online first.

The cost of a FastMed video visit depends on whether you have health insurance and whether your coverage includes telemedicine services. During the coronavirus outbreak, many insurance providers have instituted new policies regarding video visits. For example, the federal government recently passed legislation to expand these services for Medicare patients. For those without insurance, FastMed offers video visits at a reasonable, self-pay rate.

For private insurance or Medicare patients:

We accept most major insurance plans. Patients with accepted insurance plans will be charged their approved co-pay amount prior to their video visit. Approved outstanding rates will be charged following the review of your insurance. If you have concerns about whether your health insurance covers telemedicine services, you should contact your insurance provider directly to confirm coverage prior to your scheduled video visit.

For self-pay patients:

Telemedicine appointments will be billed at our rate of $79*.

Other in-clinic services you may require will be charged separately. Please see our self-pay pricing guide for more information.

Medicaid patients:

There are no charges for video visits for those who have Medicaid.

*Participation in self-pay pricing cannot be used in combination with commercial insurance benefits nor can it be provided to patients participating in Medicaid. Please note that some procedures are excluded from self-pay pricing. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, without prior notice.
